REGULATION

  1. The minimum age of admission to Nursery is 3 Years, 4 Years (L.Kg), and 5 Years (U.Kg).
  2. General neatness and smartness must be followed.
  3. Attendance of the parents in the parent Teacher meeting is compulsory.
  4. To review the progress of the student, the School Management has made arrangements so that whenever necessary, the parents/ Guardians can meet the Principal/ Teachers.

LEAVE OF ABSENCE

  1. Leave from the class must be obtained by a written application from parents or guardians in the prescribed Leave Note in the calendar and that is only for weighty reasons.
  2. If a pupil is absent through illness or for unavoidable reasons for more than a week the school author must be informed immediately in writing.
  3. A pupil who misses the test for any reason will not be given a retest.

  1. Promotion is granted on the basis of marks obtained by the pupil only.

GENERAL RULES
  1. School hours are from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm till Friday & on Saturday 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
  2. The formal uniform is to be worn from Monday to Friday & P.T. Uniform on Saturday.
  3. Every Child must bring the school diary to class daily. No pupil is allowed to tear any page from this diary nor is the permitted to use it as a rough exercise book.
  4. Irregular attendance, habitual negligence in school work, dishonesty, obscenity on word or act, and insubordination or serious misconduct or threats even outside school are sufficient reasons for dismissal.
  5. Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their own books and belongings.
  6. Any damage done to school property or to that of other students will have to be made good. 
  7. Cleanliness of person and clothes is expected of every child. Those who come to school with untidy dresses, hair, etc. will be refused to attend classes.
  8. No child suffering from any contagious or infectious disease will be allowed to attend school. 
  9. All children should be particularly careful not to throw any papers etc. on the floor, on the school premises, or in the compound. The waste paper basket should be used for that purpose.
  10. No Books, newspapers, or periodicals other than school books, may be brought into the class. 
  11. Pupils from one class are not allowed to be in another classroom during the intervals.
  12. When Pupils move along the corridors to another class while going up and coming down the staircase the rule is to KEEP LEFT.
  13. Day scholars are strictly forbidden to undertake any sort of commission for boarders e.g. to carry letters, lend books, make purchases, or the like. 
  14. Pupils should be simple & modest in their dress. Gold ornaments should not be used.
  15. Reports on conduct and application are sent every month in the calendar or at the request of the parents. These reports have to be signed by the parents and returned to the class the next day.
  16. Report cards and new books will be issued only on the prescribed day. Not before or after 
  17. Any student who leaves the school during the academic year should pay for the whole session.
TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
  1. All parents are expected to come for the Parents Teacher meeting. 
  2. Parents are expected to cooperate with the school authorities in enforcing discipline.
  3. Parents are particularly expected to sign the progress reports, examination reports, or any other document when so requested. Failure to do this may bring their children great inconvenience.
  4. When communicating with the school authorities parents are requested to mention in their letters the standard and section of their ward.
  5. Parents, guardians, and other persons are not allowed to see their children or interview the teachers during school hours without the sanction of the authority.
  6. They are requested to make any complaints to the authorities and not to the class teacher. 7. Your child needs your attention, love, affection, and care.
  7. Keep your child at home in case of any kind of illness especially if the child is having any infectious disease.
  8. No one will be allowed inside the school AFTER THE ASSEMBLY BELL without special permission from the concerned authority.
  9. In case you realize that your child is not making the desired progress, feel free to consult the concerned teachers through the proper channel.
  10. If you have any complaints or suggestions feel free to share them with the concerned authority.
  11. They are above all requested to read and observe all the rules of the school for the better functioning of the school.
BOARDING RULES AND REGULATIONS

The following rules are applicable to every student enrolled as a boarder:-

  1. A student admitted to the boarding must report one day before the school re-opens. Parents must intimate the principal in advance of the late arrival of boarders with proper reason failing which a fine of Rs. 100 per day will be levied. Repetition of the same will result in forfeiting of the boarding seat from the school.
  2. No boarder is allowed to leave the school campus under any circumstances without the permission of the Hostel-in-charge.
  3. The school will not be held responsible if a boarder ran away from the hostel on his own and the parent will not take any legal action against the school whatsoever.
  4. Parents are advised not to provide students with costly watches or jewelry and other valuables. The school will not take responsibility for the loss of any articles such as transistors, cassette player, electric iron, laser torch, mobile phone, or any other electrical gadgets.
  5. Any loss of property must be reported to the Duty Master or Hostel in charge without delay.
  6. Damaging and defacing school property is strictly prohibited. Any charge where the offender can not be traced three times the cost of the article will be recovered from the borders.
  7. Punctuality is the most important feature of boarding life. All boarders must report on time to all activities and follow the boarding routine.
  8. Any boarder found stealing other’s belongings or taking other’s belongings without their permission or using the articles belonging to the dormitory/school without permission of the concerned will be asked to leave the boarding and school immediately.
  9. Using bad language etc. is strictly prohibited. Any boarder who is found in possession of obscene books/pictures/video/audio cassettes etc. will be dismissed from boarding and school immediately.
  10. A border whose conduct is found unsatisfactory will be asked to leave the boarding and school.
  11. Any boarder who leaves the hostel during the academic year should pay for the full session.
